New York 1983. When quantum physicist Dr. Oscar Carmichael calls Neely Cairo, he won’t say why. Buster Lee and Lars LaGuardia are sent to investigate. In the meantime, Mayella and Venture are invited to a party with a gorgeous young TV star. Adding to the mayhem, Dr. Carmichael has a strange son Buster’s age.
